I get to sit in my office all day and plan out a good murder. Now how many people can say that? And it's a lot of fun. Murder, mayhem, and usually a good family drama in the mix somewhere.

I live in Maryland on a farm with horses, chickens, dogs, cats, rabbits, and the occasional fox, deer, groundhog, and snake. I could seriously live without the snakes, but that's life in the country.

Shepherd's Fall was just released in April and I hope you've already picked up your copy at your local bookstore! The cover for the next book in the series, Shepherd's Run, was just posted on the website although the book won't be released until next year. But we all need things to look forward to, don't we?

Right now, I'm hard at work on the third and final installment of the Prodigal Recovery Series - Marti's story -- tentatively called Shepherd's Quest. 

In the meantime, enjoy Nick's story and share it with your friends while waiting for Steven's to hit the bookstores.
